Everyone knows the term "dystopia.” And to be fair, there is a lot of crossover between my upcoming novel and an imagined society living under corrupt rule, oppression, dehumanization, and suffering. But what if that corruption doesn’t look like suffering, but comfort? Only an outcast would be able to see how truly horrible such a society can be.
